Pass the quiz at seventy-five percent to mark the chapter complete. Pass all eleven and the certificate unlocks.

Chapter 1 is required first. It is the foundation that every later chapter assumes. Work the others in order on a first pass, or jump to the chapter most relevant to your current caseload — the verification posture established in Chapter 1 carries through everything.
